9tynine, LLC is a group of real estate investors working collaboratively together to invest in real estate projects. Our group has three goals to provide sound investment opportunities for our partners, to help stabilizer communities and to help provide to curtail the homeless population by providing opportunities for homeownership or affordable rentals.
Investment opportunities
Our group solely invest in real estate. We identify our goal for each property then match the right partners to that project to ensure the success of our entire team.
Stabilize Communities
We invest in real estate and focus on distressed properties. We then rehab the properties and matches each property with prospective tenants or buyers within the community to help stabilize the community or provide affordable housing. .
Affordable Homes
We work with families and programs to help increase homeownership and curtail homelessness. We work with lenders who provide down payment assistance programs and with our seller concessions, families can become homeowners sometimes with as little as $1000 out of pocket.
